Speech with Counter Argument

For the upcoming speech, you are expected to produce an annotated bibliography with all of your sources considered. Please develop an annotated bibliography for at least 3 sources by following the below guidelines .  For your annotated bibliography, you must have 3-5 sources (3 minimum). You can include sources such as academic journal articles, book chapters, newspaper articles, websites, audience analysis data, and/or an interview with a subject matter expert. Please just note that you can only have ONE of the following: Only one may be a web site (excludes online newspapers & academic journals) Only one may be an interview with subject matter expert Only one may be audience analysis data As you write out your annotated bibliography, you can either write in paragraph form OR write in a bulleted list, just as long as you include the following: 1. Citation of the source APA MLA 2. A brief summary (2-3 sentences) of the source in your own words. Specifically, considering to cover: Purpose of the source What are some of the methods the authors used to make conclusions What are the conclusions or main findings of the source 3. Next, identify what type of source you found. You might consider, the type of audience the source if for. For example, is it for popular audience (general audience) or a scholarly audience? There are other audiences outside these two, and if you’re unsure, please just ask Abby. 4. Consider the relevance of the source to your research topic. You might ask yourself: What makes this source a good fit for your research project, specifically: Does it provide background for your research topic? Does it provide key terms or specific procedures/methodologies? Does it affirm your position or does it provide a counter argument? 5. Finally, consider the inadequacy of the source. This is where you identify where your source falls short, or what it fails to give you, specifically considering: Does it fail to address your thinking on the topic? Does it only address a small or semi-related part of your topic?
