One of these will be a book that the school librarian gave you during a lecture on literature searches. You will also use a peer-reviewed article from the library database. Lastly, you could use a website that end in “.gov” or “.org” which means that is government approved (No “.com”).  Using scientific evidence to confirm that the risk factor you have chosen is the most important behaviors to modify. Use the scientific evidence to support what kind of benefits can result from modifying their behavior and explain how to overcome any barriers.Part III: Description of solution (2-3 pages) Describe what kind of impact this will cause to their health and wellbeing. Finally, figure out strategies to improve specific behaviors in his/her life and how they are willing to modify his/her health behavior. Choose the most useful strategies to modify existing risk factors and how to overcome barriers (ex. using a cellular phone built in program to monitor physical activity status in order to improve physical activity status). How can he or she maintain this specific behavior long term for healthy wellness?Part IV:Final report: (Deadline: Nov 25, 2020)The final report that will connect all of 3 parts plus Reflection should be 6-9 pages.Reflection (1 page) During the writing process, identify the specific part that you did very well? Identify which part are you still struggling with.
