They see the team lead as rude, abrupt, and unwilling to listen to them. They are afraid to disagree, however, because the team lead berates them for voicing their opinions. The HR staff member has heard rumors about this behavior and asks to view the team lead’s performance self-evaluation feedback report. 1. What is the best way to address the team lead’s performance issues? 2. What is the best way to handle the request by the HR staff member to view the team lead’s feedback report? 3. Is the request to view the feedback a normal part of the performance assessment process? Discuss how to conduct a performance assessment. 4. What other types of performance assessments are there? 5.
